• Packages may be added to but not reduced.
• The engagement shoot is an optional extra and may not be exchanged for anything
• Please arrange for seating and a meal for the photographers (and assistant if applicable) at your wedding.
• In order to secure your booking contracts need to be signed and sent back to me, and a reservation fee of R3500, R7000 for combo packages is required. This amount will be deducted from the total of the package. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• The outstanding amount needs to be settled at least 10 days before the wedding day.
• Overtime hours are charged at a rate of R1500 per hour, per photographer/videographer.
• Please set aside 40 minutes for bridal as well as groom portraits. Fully dressed. This time does not form part of the "getting dressed" that can take 30 min to an hour.
• Please set aside 30 minutes to an hour to capture family photographs, and an hour for the bridal party and the couple shoot after the ceremony. Travel time excluded. Total of at least 1 and a half hour depending on how large the family and bridal party is.
• The copyright on all the images shall remain the property of Mudboots for an undetermined period of time, and may be used by Mudboots Photography for marketing purposes.
• No other professional photographers will be allowed to work at the wedding unless employed by Mudboots Photography. If you do book Mudboots we trust that you will trust us to cover your wedding to the best of our abilities.
• All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including light skin retouch, light and color adjustments). Any extra edits adjustments include (change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the color of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background). is not included and will be charged extra. It is also understood that the photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.

Engagements shoot are not available on Saterdays.
