Although we all would love it if the price is the last thing you consider when choosing a wedding photographer, I know it is a very important factor.
All my packages include:
- Pre-wedding consultation. This is a meeting about a week or two before your wedding where we go through the timeline and make sure we are all on the same page. I will also send you a pre-wedding questionnaire. This will allow me to be as prepared as possible.
- Facebook preview. After the wedding, I know you are excited to see the wedding photos. So am I. I will whats-up and post 10-15 photos so you can show off so long. Unfortunately, it takes a bit of time to edit but I promise all your photos will be edited within 3 weeks of your wedding day.
- Online Gallery. As soon as I am done editing I will make your photos available in an online gallery. You can see what it looks like here. (client.mudboots.co.za) This will allow you to select your photos for your book as well as view and download your photos while you wait for your package to be put together.

Additional Hours
Additional hours can be added to any package. This means you want to book hours beyond the maximum amount of hours included in the package.
Additional pre-booked hours are R1000p/h
Overtime hours booked on the day are changed at R1500 p/h
Accomodation
If the wedding is more than 40 minute drive from my studio address
One night accommodation should be added.
If the venue is more than
3 hours drive from my studio office 2 night shall be added.
*R800 p.p per night
Travel fee
If the wedding is more than 80km drive from my studio address travel fees will be added for the at R8 p/km
You will also be invoiced for toll gate fees

- Packages may be added to but not reduced.
- The engagement shoot is an optional extra and may not be exchanged for anything
- Please arrange for seating and a meal for the photographers (and assistant if applicable) at your wedding.
- In order to secure your booking contracts need to be signed and sent back to me, and a reservation fee of R3500 is required. This amount will be deducted from the total of the package. This is nonrefundable in case of cancellation.
- The outstanding amount needs to be settled at least 10 days before the wedding day.
- Overtime hours are charged at a rate of R1500 per hour. Additional pre-booked hours R1000
- Please set aside 30 minutes to capture family photographs, and an hour for the bridal party and the couple shoot after the ceremony. Travel time excluded. Total of at least 1 and a half hour.
- The copyright on all the images shall remain the property of Mudboots for an undetermined period of time, and may be used by Mudboots Photography for marketing purposes.
- No other professional photographers will be allowed to work at the wedding unless employed by Mudboots Photography. If you do book Mudboots we trust that you will trust us to cover your wedding to the best of our abilities.
- All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including light skin retouch, light and color adjustments). Any extra edits adjustments include (change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the color of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background). is not included and will be charged extra. It is also understood that the photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.
Engagements shoot are not available on Saterdays.
